Our Team

Our team is built on a foundation of faith, calling, and compassion. Together, we are honored to walk alongside those we serve and bring hope, healing, and transformation.

Mark Munden

Mark Munden Sr.

Founder and Director
Mark has a passion to be a spiritual father to the lost, a chaplain to his brothers and sisters in law enforcement, and a deputy serving his community. He loves using story (especially movies) to highlight biblical truths and use those truths to guide people to a life of purpose and authentic connection to Christ.
In 2004 Mark co-founded Four Streams Ministries (known now as 99Behind). Previously he and his wife Laurie served for 13 years with Campus Crusade for Christ working with high school students and families. In those years of discipling teens and leading teams, mission trips, retreats, and conferences, Mark became burdened by the need to reach men of all ages, not just teenagers. Since 2004 Mark and friends of the ministry have been offering men and their families a way to connect with God by reaching them where they live, introducing them to Christ and helping them to grow.
He is a graduate of Texas A&M University and an ordained minister with a Master’s Degree from Dallas Theological Seminary. He is a sworn Deputy Constable for an area county, a law enforcement Chaplain, a trained Exchanged Life Counselor, Life Coach and Evangelical Training Association graduate teacher.

She loves listening with her heart, is passionate about worship, enjoys going out to eat and playing Rummikub with her husband, and delights in the laughter and love of family.
